Return & Refund Policy

No Returns

We do not accept returns of any kind.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer preference.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@storegamehaven.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not require the item to be returned in order to process an approved refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item selected by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color or packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
